DATAMEDICA develops its own original research, in addition to the research conducted under contracts. We also contribute to the dissemination of our areas of expertise through publications and courses.

In this area, you may find detailed information about our developments in the main area of research of DATAMEDICA, Clinical Trials Information Systems. Please look in PRODUCTS for information about COATI, PANDA and DART, three of the main components of the integrated system that DATAMEDICA designed and developed for its internal operations.

If you would like to know more about our main two areas of expertise - Biostatistics and Biomedical Informatics - you may find in COURSES a couple of tutorials about these topics. The tutorials present the subjects in a style that allows non-experts in these domains to follow easily these topics. If you do not have a background in statistics or computing, you will find there texts written for you.

If you have a graduation in Biostatistics, then those tutorials will probably not interest you. However, you may be interested in knowing that in DATABASES you will be able to find datafiles of epidemiological studies conducted by DATAMEDICA, along with all the necessary documentation. You are free to download the files to your computer and to use them as you wish. If you are involved in the development of theoretical statistical models or of data analysis algorithms, those databases may be useful to test them.

Finally, in PUBLICATIONS we present the references of publications in national and international scientific journals of the results of projects that we conducted for pharmaceutical companies.
